This strapless sequined mini dress has a sheer flyaway piece similar to the style of the Tony Ward dress. The price of this dress is pocket change compared to the first. It is available on sale online and in stores at Jcpenney for only $30 throughout April. At that price it’s a steal. It can be dressed up with strappy silver heels as well as a sheer black scarf around the neck to give it the elegance and sophistication of a more expensive piece. Remember if you have your heart set on a designer piece, you don’t have to break the bank to dress like high fashion.
